Handling complaints, disputes and appeals
In case you wish to complain about Presafe Denmark A/S concerning a decision made by 
Presafe Denmark A/S, i.e. a certification decision, audit result or service provided.

Complaints may also be submitted verbally to a Presafe Denmark A/S employee.

You will receive a confirmation of the received complaint, dispute or appeal. Presafe Denmark A/S will initiate a review of the issue and a response will be made as quickly as possible.

If the complaint/dispute cannot be solved between Presafe Denmark A/S and your company you may appeal the decision to the Expert Committee of Presafe Denmark A/S.

In the event of a dispute between Presafe Denmark A/S and your company cannot be resolved the matter will be brought before the Danish Medicines Authority for final decision.

Appeals against decisions made by Presafe Denmark A/S shall be submitted for legal decision, the Sø- og handelsretten (The Maritime and Commerical Court serving as the independent court of appeal.
